Beginning March 16, 2023, if you don’t have Internet access but still need to access your accounts, you can easily do so by calling our totally revamped Audio Response system. When you dial 231-348-7690, option 1, you’ll hear an automated voice message leading you through a list of prompts. ALL options on our audio menu are new!

With this menu you can:

  • Check balances in your accounts
  • Transfer money
  • Make loan payments
  • Hear a list of your most recent debit card transactions and cleared checks

We now offer speech recognition for a more convenient audio banking experience.

You’ll need to know your account number and four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Members who already use Audio Banking will not need to re-enroll, but will continue to use your account number and PIN previously used. If you do not know your PIN, we’ll be glad to set it for you if you call or stop by one of our branches. Members can enroll themselves for the service if you’ve never used it before.
