Member and Employee Safety Are First Priority

The Credit Union understands and shares your concerns surrounding the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the speed at which it’s spreading. We want you to know that St. Francis X Federal Credit Union is taking precautions to help keep both our members and employees safe. Continued reports about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) can be unnerving. We want to assure you that we are closely monitoring and following the guidance being provided by local and national health agencies. In light of this we have implemented the following protocol changes by asking staff to:

  • Refrain from shaking hands or coming in direct contact with members during visits
  • Place sanitizer at strategic areas around the branch for use before and after transactions
  • Place tissues at strategic areas around the branch
  • Regularly use disinfectant to wipe down areas that are frequently touched
  • Wash their hands at least once per hour
  • Stay home if they show any symptoms of any flu like symptoms

We will continue to monitor information associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and should any disruption to our business occur, we will proactively keep you informed. We want members to know that we have a business continuity plan in place for any disruptions of services.

Disruption examples such as reduced lobby hours, drive-up only service, night drop only or even an eventual branch closure. Even in the unlikely event of closing branches we will have remote support staff available to continue business as normal as possible with phones available.

Keep in mind you can always conduct transactions 24/7 with our Online Banking or Mobile Banking services.

Don’t forget that you can still deposit through Remote Deposit Capture in the Mobile App.

Additionally, you can pay anyone anywhere with a check cut through Bill Pay now available in both Online Banking and Mobile banking.
